Host Tom Donelson and guests, George Landrith and Joe Mangiacotti, discuss the Clancy case, in which the killing of three children was tried. While the woman who killed them admitted having done so, she also claimed that she lacked the criminal intent due to postpartum psychosis. The jury was unable to agree on either her guilt or her innocence, so it was a “hung” jury.
